ALL cancellations must be submitted to CANCELLATIONS@APLUSSKILLS.COM NO LATER THAN 7:00PM THE EVENING BEFORE THE SCHEDULED SESSION.
Any other form of communication (verbal, voicemail, or e-mail sent to a different address) will NOT be accepted. Cancellations past 7:00pm will be FULLY BILLED.
