WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR FORMAL INTERVIEW
A member of our management staff will contact you to coordinate a mutual meeting time for a formal interview once your application forms and materials are submitted.
During your interview, you will sit down with our management team to go over your interest in tutoring at A+ Skills. Your interviewer(s) will review your application documents and inquire about specific information pertaining to your resume and teaching or tutoring experience. Additionally, your interviewer will ask for any additional information they see fit pertaining to your specific subjects that may provide you with the most student opportunities possible through A+ Skills should you receive an offer of employment.
Interviews will occur at in our Naples office location unless otherwise specified. Interviews range anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour, so please plan accordingly.
Please dress however you feel appropriate.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER YOUR FORMAL INTERVIEW
No later than the morning immediately after your interview, A+ Skills will launch their background investigation. This investigation typically takes one to three days. After your background investigation has been completed, your interviewer(s) will contact you to inform you of the decision made by the A+ Skills Tutoring Service team.
